Woman Within - Another pissed potential customer
On the website I found an item. When I placed the order, I would hit submit, then their system would say error.
I finally got it to accept, but their system sent authorization for 4 charges and I only had one order confirmed. That is all I placed. I called the company and they just said we just tell customer that it will hold for 4 or 5 days, but will then release. I canceled the order, and the bank has had a hold on the four charges for over three days.
I have a child to feed and work paycheck to paycheck. They need to fix their system, but will never order anything from them!!!
Reason of review: website charging more than one time.
Preferred solution: correct your payment processing on website.
