Exchange for damaged merchandise
I ordered these Navy Blue poly pants in August, because I planned on wearing them to my friend's daughter's wedding on October 14. I knew that I had plenty of time to receive them.
I had also ordered several different tops to wear with them. I already had a black pair and a white pair. So, I knew that I liked the way that they fit. Perfect fit and perfect style for me.
The others did not even need to be hemmed. So, I knew that the Navy ones would be alright also. I had not even taken the Navy slacks out of the package because I Knew that they would fit me. Oh, my goodness!
The day of the wedding, I took the pants out of the package, and I was going to press them off. I could not believe what I saw! The entire front seam had not even been sewn in. There was a huge, frayed area and a huge hole in the front of the slacks.
My right foot almost went straight into the hole! I know that this is not the usual "Woman Within" quality. I have ordered plenty of things and never had to return an item due to damages. The person that I spoke to this afternoon was so nice and professional.
She was as surprised as I when I told her what I discovered that morning. She was very apologetic and very glad to make this right for me. I appreciate her for that. I only want to send this pair back and get another Navy Blue pair exactly like the ones that were damaged.
Luckily, it was a chilly, rainy day for the wedding. As I stated previously, I already had the same slacks in black. So I wore the black ones with another top, that I had also ordered from Woman Within. Everything worked out well for me.
I will be very happy once I receive the exchange pair. Thank you for your prompt service and concern for me in this matter.

Returning damaged merchandise
First of all, the customer service associate was very professional and courteous to me. I do not have a receipt or a copy of my order or invoice, because I ordered this item in August.
I did not anticipate having to return these slacks. I have the same thing in white and black. They fit me perfectly and did not even need to be hemmed. So, I ordered these poly pants in Navy Blue in anticipation of wearing them October 14 to my friend's daughter's wedding.
I had not even taken them out of the plastic bag that they came in, prior to the morning of the wedding. I was going to iron them at that time. I did quickly try them on, just in case they actually did not fit the same as the other 2 pairs that I have. Oh, my goodness!
I could not believe what I saw when I attempted to try these on! There was a huge, frayed hole in the front of the pants. It was as if the entire front seam had not been sewn into the front seam. But it was not something that I would even have been able to fix.
My right foot almost went into the torn area, but I noticed it at that time. It was a chilly rainy day for the wedding. So, I was able to wear the black slacks and another top to the wedding. Except, I had planned on wearing those slacks.
I have ordered several things from "Woman Within" in the past year. I have never had to return anything that was damaged. The customer service person that I spoke with today was as surprised as I when I told her the reason for my call. I received a mailing label via my e mail, and I already printed it to use on my return package.
I do appreciate the customer service department for helping me to resolve this issue so promptly. Thank you.

Poor service
I recently moved and contacted WW to change my address. I was told that the address was changed.
About a month later I placed a phone order. I reminded them of the address change and was told that it was in place. The order was sent to the old address. I have not received anything I ordered.
I have spent about two hours talking with about a dozen people, all of whom telling me that there is nothingi don't trust this company any more.they can do. I still owe for the merchandise I didn't receive.
The address mistake is theirs, not mine. I don't plan to buy from them again even though I am a ten years plus customer.

On 03/22/23 I ordered a product that totaled $98.98. Once received, I decided to return it.
When I looked into the box there was no packing return slip. I called Woman Within and asked what to do. The man with whom I spoke said that because there was no packing slip it could not be returned through UPS . He gave me a one time code and instructed me to take it to a Staples Store with the code and the package and they would return .
At the Staples Store the man took the package with the code, said he would return it and that I would receive a credit for $88.98. That meant I still owed $10.00 return fee. I called Woman Within to pay that and was told that since there was no packing slip that I did not have to pay it, leaving me with a $0.00 balance. Today.
As of 08/31/23 I now owe $262.00 for not paying my bill and had accumulated late fees for nonpayment. I have spoken probably with no less than 5 Woman Within professional customer service representatives since March. I have been hung up on, harassed to pay the bill, transferred from one professional to another numerous times with no resolution. Today was the last straw!!
While speaking with a professional who stopped responding to me, I realized that while the call was still open, that she just layed the receiver down and walked away. I held on for another 23 minutes . She never came back on , so I hung up. Not knowing what else to do, I decided to try this method.
I filed a dispute with the 3 Credit Bureaus several months ago only to learn that my FICO Score dropped 67 points due to my inaction on this transaction. I have been a faithful Woman Within customer for many years with never having missed a payment or had a late payment. Now I am in an overwhelming position through no fault of my own and desperately want someone there to correct this terrible mistreatment and repair my FICO Score so I can move forward.
This situation has all but made me physically ill. Thank you
