I ordered 2 pair pants last March.Total cost $24. Returned for not fitting.
Was sent 2 more pairs still did not fit. Kept getting bills with interest added. Called 4 times spoke to a different person every time was told it was handled last time I was told I would get a packet to fill out. Never got packet or anything until I got a collections notice for $268.
Don't use their credit account. You can't dispute a charge. Talking to credit service now to try and resolve this. They ignored and lied to me every time I called.
A lawyer will cost more than this but it might be the way to go. They tell you what you want to hear when you call and then ignore you when they hang up
