I ordered a $29 nightgown and was charged a total of $42, that's a whopping $12 shipping for a 3-oz. item! When I called to check on this and charge and tried to cancel the order, I was told it had already been shipped. It showed up 2 1/2 weeks later. Obviously, I had been lied to as well as fleeced!

.I had to talk with a man with a foreign accent through calling customer service number trying to find out where my order was and why it was taking so long to get it and I could barely understand him. He said I'd get an email letting me know. Gee, guess what? It never came. My email address was on the order, also. Totally disgusted with WOMAN WITHIN AT PRESENT.

Never got connected to Woman Within customer service

They were not honest. I ordered 4 items from them and they only got one right. This was on December 3 2023. I never heard back anything about return which was returned in December. I finally called in January about credit and they issued a partial credit in around January 18 2024. I received a statement in February with a late fee of 32$. They said the credit was issued on 12 3 2023 which was a ly or it would have been on first statement. Supposedly the order was made and credit was issued on December 3. BIG BIG LIE. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AND AM NOY PAYING ANY LATE FEE.

I called the month of February to make my monthly payment. I thought the payment went through, but it never cleared the bank. I called again and discovered that the payment didnt go through and I was being charged a late fee. I dont know what happened, but I am requesting a credit for the late fee

***UPDATE *** I returned the shoes and I waited to see the credit return to my credit card statement. Instead I opened an email from them this evening that stated they “issued me an electronic store credit“!!

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from WW. All 4 pairs ordered were the same size.

When items FINALLY arrived (their shipping times are ridiculously slow to ship) one of the pairs of shoes sent was the incorrect size. I ordered all 9.5s, one pair of shoes they sent was an 8.5. Thinking this was a simple fix, I contacted them. First via email and then via phone.

I explained to the rep THEIR ERROR and that I just wanted them to send to me the actual size I ordered, as well as a label so I can send back the incorrect sized ones they sent to me. Nope. As it turns out, I can buy the correct size (which Id like to point out, is in fact what I did when I placed my order with them in the first place!!) and they will then credit me for the shipping and the incorrect shoes once their warehouse folks HAVE DETERMINED or confirmed the error. So, I need to purchase the shoes twice because they've made a mistake?That is such poor customer service, it's just breathtaking.

When this started, I was only slightly annoyed when I realized they sent me the wrong size, and then I figured that they misunderstood or I wasn't clear enough in my initial email to them explaining THEIR error. No biggie. So thats why I called them. The initial error itself wasn't even egregious.

Again, stuff happens. But there was no, Were sorry about that. Here's a label to Return the incorrect pair of shoes, and we're sending you the CORRECT ITEM YOU ORDERED out immediately. The rep was also (its part of her job, I get it) trying to upsell and offer me their credit card, and it was only with her other upsell that made me question what the heck was going on did you want to add any other items to your order today?

It was only then that I realized and explained that I'm NOT ORDERING I'm exchanging due to your companies' error. Then the exchange absolutely turned into a return when she advised I needed to purchase again and they would credit once I sent the shoes back.

Etc. she provided a code via email so I could return and believe me, if I hadnt already worn the other shoes, they would have been going back as well.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

I changed my shipping and billing address 3 times while placing a $200 order. The system kept reverting back to the old address for shipping, but accepted it for billing. I verified the address before I hit order and was shocked when the order placed with the old address for shipping. I have called 3 times and they say they will not change the address and will not cancel the order. I live in Tennessee and they are going to ship my order to an old address in Tucson, Arizona. What can I do.? I am furious!

There was a vast difference between a Medium & Large shirt. I sent back items (blouses) that didnt fit & an item (capris) I never ordered which was several sizes too large. Of course I was required to pay return shipping including for the item I didnt order. I had a certain amount of time to replace the items with the correct size, only they were totally out of my size! Ive had pleasant customer service people & those who were curt & unhelpful.

Poor service

I had ordered a dress and a pair of boots. Two days later I received an email stating my cart was still full. So I completed the order. At that point, I realized I had accidentally made a double order. I called your company to cancel the order. But there was no help from customer service. They didn 't seem to know what I was talking about. Because of this, I will no longer order anything from your company and I will warn my friends about it. I used to love your company but no more. I hate ordering over the phone because you can never get anybody from the United States or anybody that speaks proper English so that you can understand them.

I talked to three different people who could not speak English they would not answer my questions. I would ask them a simple, yes or no question and they would go off answering only God knows what.

I could not get a straight yes or no answer out of anybody. I hate dealing with an American company that is in the US that has their customer service outside of the United States. For this reason, I may very well stop shopping at Woman Within, I cannot even get a phone number to somewhere in the United States to talk to somebody.

I would love it if somebody from the corporate office if thats in the United States to call me. I am a senior citizen and have a hard time understanding people who talk foreign language and they talk so fast that you cannot get a word in edgewise.
