I let my financial institution contact them and I received my money IMMEDIATELY. They didn't pay for the overdrafts, BUT MY BANK WAVED ANY THAT WAS APPLIED. I am currently a happy customer.

I ordered 1 bra in March of 2023 with was a total of $16.95. Every month since, your company has been charging me the same $16.95, NO ADDITIONAL ITEMS SENT TO ME. Your company IS taking money that was not owed to you and have caused me to have to pay overdrafts on my account due to NSF. EACH This is a complaint for my refund and my bank is starting procedures for reimbursement for all money not owed to Woman within and OVERDRAFTS. Total amount stolen is approximately $194.75. Please respond quickly to this email.

ChargeD a $30 late fee on a $3,53 interest charge!!!

I pd my bill in full$148. 21 ended up with a 3.53 interest fee next bill plus 30 late fee. Had too beg too get fee removed!!!

I just received the last order I will ever place with Woman Within. Since I began ordering from them their prices have skyrocketed but the quality of their product has taken a nosedive. The fabric is now thin, flimsy and an absolute joke. I am very disappointed.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Day 7 - still no electronic gift card. Finally reached a supervisor after being told by two others in different departments the gift card couldn't be refunded because it had been "processed" - and he refunded the $$ to my account.

I ordered an ELECTRONIC gift certificate in the amount of $200 on 7/8/23. It is now late in the day on 7/13/23 and I still have not gotten the certificate in my email. This was a gift for my sister and I wanted to include it in her birthday card - her birthday is tomorrow so, obviously, it will be late. In what world does it take that long to deliver an ELECTRONIC gift card? I am getting excuse after excuse from customer service and their resolution center. If it takes this long to get an ELECTRONIC gift card it must take months to get an actual plastic card - ridiculous.

Woman Within - Trying to exchange items. TERRIBLE customer service!

I have not received return labels for my most recent orders. Sent e-mails with NO responds.

Called customer svc. NO HELP WHATSOEVER! Trying to get in touch with ANYONE who cares @ Woman Within...impossible! All I wanted was a return label for EXCHANGES.

Being disabled, it's extremely difficult to get to USPS or your other drop off locations. I also received a defective item & never received 1 item (paid for). Couldn't speak with any supervisor. Rep I spoke with was very hard to understand.

No interest in helping me. My sister & I order from the various Full Beauty brands companies often. That's about to end. In these times it's apparent that less & less people care about anything.

I would like a response from someone who knows your company better than customer service reps. I cannot tell you how upsetting my conversation with Nero (svc.rep.) went. Nothing was accomplished except my getting MORE aggravated. Lack of resolution was non-existent.

Just didn't care at ALL. Hopefully, someone will respond to me.

Billing issues

Even though I explained I was in the hospital and almost died. I explained that all my bills are paid through my banking app. I arranged to have the entire bill paid and the soonest date to pay out woukd be 7/10. On the 19th of July I hadn't seen the payment posted. I called customer service. He said if not received by the 19th to call back. I also out a bill inquiry through my bank. End result they refunded the double payment and damaged my incredible credit score.

Customer service sucks just like the prices

I am sending everything back due to the fact that your customer service representative was very rude. I received my order today, and I was calling because I did receive all the items that I had ordered.

Furthermore, I wanted to know, were they on back order. Not only that, but I was also calling for a receipt. I hate that this company do not give receipt any more even though it is required by law. I was requesting a receipt as well.

Then I found out that I was overcharged for the tank tops, and I was requesting a price adjustment and no one could fix THEIR mistake. What kind of company is this now? You made the mistake, but you cannot fix it. You do not give receipt, so you can cheat the consumers out of their hard earn money, so they won't notice it and you the company can get away with it.

This is not fair. This is highway robbery. I am at the point where I feel like this was not the only time that I have been the victim of company robbery. I already know nothing is going to be done about it, so I have decided not to order any more from any of the companies affiliated with Woman Within.

Furthermore, I am sending the whole order back since the specialist tech had such a nasty attitude and did not want to help. He sounded as if I had stolen these raggedy old clothes. I don't have time for things like this.

I can take my money and business somewhere else where it is appreciated. I will be telling my eight sisters and our friends to do the same thing.

You claim to "not have time for this" yet you have found the time to tell the entire world (the internet) and are about to embark upon boring another 8 people to death with your tirade. Yes, you have time for it ; the Woman Within you has been aching for a battle with somebody in which you can vent all of your frustrations about everything under a bogus flag of injury. You've picked a meek and minor complaint and you're making yourself look deranged.

Order price

I placed an order today from a sale catalog where prices are reduced. When I asked the total price it came to over $100.

According to the sale catalog the total should be under $70 including shipping and tax. When I said to cancel the order I was told he couldn't do that. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they were in a meeting. Also was told that when the order arrived to return it for credit.

I also did not get the order number. This is the first time I have ever had a problem with this company.

Normally I have been very pleased with what I have ordered. I currently do not have access to my email.

They sent a catalog stating that certain items were $12.50 each when bought in pairs. When I tried to order, they said the item was out of stock and would ship in September without the discount price.

They will often inflate their prices, so you think you're getting a good deal with a sale, but then the items are unavailable. Why send out two or three catalogs every week when they contain incorrect information. They mislead the public, and I am through ordering with them.
