I paid $54 for a pair of jeans I washed and wore 4 times. The jeans are falling apart.
I spoke to multiple customer service representatives. I spoke to a supervisor. They will not refund my money or exchange them because they have been worn and washed more than once. So I should expect them to last through only 4 wearings?
What kind of garbage are they selling? This is poor customer service at best. I will not even entertain the idea of purchasing from them again. I am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed in their company and their company service.
They have lost a customer for life and they couldn't care less.
My advice is to avoid this company like the plague. Geez, even Walmart has better customer service than this!
